Management arrangements and priorities.

Wert Group works on the management arrangements behind a business activity: the responsibilities assigned to teams, the authority to make commitments, and the services that connect one part of the organization to another. Assignments can cover a function, a business unit, or the relationship between headquarters and regional operations.

The six services include organization and operating-model design, governance, regional planning, and reviews of performance or investment priorities. A review may lead to a choice between structures, a revised allocation of resources, or a change to the way management monitors an activity. The agreed scope determines the documents and planning work supplied.

Recommendations and management review.

Existing plans, management reports, role descriptions, and interviews establish how the organization currently works. We use that material to examine the question in scope and explain the implications of the available options. Recommendations state the assumptions and dependencies that management will need to review.

The engagement terms specify the outputs and approval arrangements. Your organization retains its management authority. Legal, tax, employment, and other regulated questions remain with appropriately qualified specialists.
