Terms for using Wert Group's website, articles and online resources.
Purpose of the website.
This website introduces Wert Group's management consulting services and provides general business information. Articles, examples and resources are for general use; they are not recommendations tailored to your organization or circumstances.
Consulting work is governed by a separate written agreement covering the scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality and deliverables. Website information does not amend an existing engagement agreement.
Inquiries and confidential material.
An email, telephone call or use of a website resource does not establish a consulting engagement or an obligation to accept an assignment. Confidentiality arrangements for a proposed engagement must be agreed separately; applicable legal duties continue to apply.
Use an initial inquiry to describe the work you need and how to contact you. Agree on the exchange arrangements before sending sensitive personal information or confidential business records. Send only material you are authorized to share.
Using templates and examples.
You may copy and adapt the preparation templates for use within your organization. The decision-paper editor and portfolio example help you organize your own information. They do not approve a proposal, assess an investment or provide a recommendation from Wert Group.
You are responsible for checking the information you enter and deciding how completed documents are stored and shared. Copy editor entries before leaving the page if you wish to keep them.
Management decisions require the relevant facts and approvals. Legal, tax, investment and other regulated questions require advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
Ownership and permitted use.
Rights in the website's original text, design, marks and resources belong to Wert Group or the relevant rights holder. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of those materials.
The permission to use preparation templates does not permit resale, publication as another provider's work, or misleading use of the Wert Group name or identity. Obtain authorization before reproducing substantial website material unless the use is permitted by law. Rights in consulting deliverables are addressed in the engagement agreement.
Responsible use.
Use the website lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, interfere with the website, or make automated requests that disrupt its operation.
Only enter material you are entitled to use. Keep passwords, account credentials and unnecessary sensitive personal information out of the decision-paper editor. Your organization's own requirements still apply to completed documents.
Accuracy, availability and external links.
We may correct, update or remove website information as services and resources change. General content cannot address every circumstance, and continuous availability or freedom from error is not guaranteed.
External links are provided for convenience. The linked provider controls its own content, availability and terms. A link does not establish an endorsement or a relationship with that provider.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Consulting obligations and remedies are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
