The decision paper editor.

Use the fields to explain the decision you need, the options considered, and the evidence behind your recommendation. Include who can approve the request and who will carry out the work.

Write in the fields, then copy the text. Entries stay in the open browser tab and are lost when the page is reloaded. Nothing typed in the editor is sent to Wert Group.

The investment portfolio example.

Use the portfolio fields to compare current projects with new proposals. Record the objective, owner, resource assumptions, dependencies, assessment criteria and recommendation for each initiative.

Your management team supplies the proposals and decides how they will be compared. The example does not calculate returns or rank investments.

Limits and confidentiality.

These resources support preparation and discussion. They do not replace analysis, management approval or a recommendation for a specific engagement. The website terms set out permitted use.

Keep completed copies in the systems your organization authorizes. Avoid entering passwords or unnecessary personal information. If a document will be shared with Wert Group, establish the appropriate exchange and confidentiality arrangements first.
