What the first email should contain.
Tell us which business unit, function, or regional operation is involved and what management needs to decide. Include any approval date or operating constraint that will affect the assignment.
Keep the first email short. The method for exchanging confidential records is agreed before any record is shared. Do not send passwords or sensitive employee information in an initial inquiry.
